FAFSA

Parent of Seniors:

Bluefield High School will hold a FAFSA workshop on Thursday, April 3rd from 10:00 am-6:pm.  Financial Aid experts will be available by appointment to help you, and your child complete their FAFSA application.  Please call Mrs. Blankenship at 304-325-9116 to schedule an appointment or you can email her at sblankenship@k12.wv.us

Information that will be needed that day is posted on our website and social media accounts.

Please bring the following with you for the FAFAS Workshop

·        Your FSA ID

If you haven’t done so already, create an FSA ID, which is your account username and password.  The FSA ID is a digital legal signature that lets you complete and update the FAFSA form, so create your own and keep it safe.  Parents of dependent students will need to use their own FSA ID to complete the FAFSA process.  We recommend creating your account early-even before you’re ready to complete the FAFSA form.  This extra step can avoid delays in the process especially since it can take up to three days before you can use your FSA ID.

·        Records of your Untaxed Income

·        Records of your Assets (money)

·        List of the School(s) you are Interested in Attending
