Congratulations to Andy Dinovo for qualifying for the WV State Swimming Championships! Andy had an outstanding performance at Regionals placing: 🥇 1st Place – 50 Freestyle 🥈 2nd Place – 100 Freestyle This is especially meaningful as it marks the first time in many years that Bluefield High School has fielded a swim team. Bluefield Lady Beaver wrestler Faith Morris had an outstanding performance at the Her Story Maker Tournament, finishing 2nd overall! 🥈 Faith also earned the Most Outstanding Wrestler award, pushing her season record to an impressive 17–1. What a run! Up next, our Lady Beavers will be back in action on January 30th at Liberty for the Lady Raider Rumbler. This past weekend on January 17, Bluefield High School proudly hosted the Beaver Duals, marking our first home tournament since the 2012–2013 season. The event brought together strong competition from Bluefield, Graham, Pikeview, Tazewell, Liberty, and Meadow Bridge, and it was an outstanding day of wrestling. Bluefield battled through a series of intense, close matches, showing heart and determination throughout the day, ultimately finishing 5th overall in the duals. Here is the Basketball Schedule for December 15 - December 23. Please be reminded that all Bluefield High School home basketball games for the 25-26 season will be played at the BHS gym. This is due to renovations at the Brushfork Armory.
