A big thank you to Mr. Tracey and the Granada Theater for hosting Bluefield Middle School's 8th grade students and screening The Outsiders.
The students completed their novel study last week and very much enjoyed getting to see the differences and similarities between the film and the book.
Mr. Tracey led the students in an in-depth discussion both before and after the film, greatly strengthening their understanding and appreciation for the art of cinematic interpretations of classic novels.
