Students at PikeView High School competed in the State Bridge Design Competition at WVU Tech in Beckley this weekend. They won first place in both the software AND the Balsa Bridge competition! 1st place Bridge software competition: Ben Williams and Jacob Lafferty. 2nd place bridge software competition: Landon Lester and Landon Palmer.
1st place of the balsa competition (for the second year in a row) Johnathon Meadows!!
We also had a team win most creative high school balsa bridge design: Maddie Cole and Parker Shrewsbury.
