Recently, Mr. Thomas's Honors World Studies classes built catapults to learn about the methods of warfare during the Middle Ages.
This week in Mr. Poszich's 9th grade World Studies class was learning about the Crusades. The students worked in groups building various important structures from the Middle Ages, dealing with Gothic and Romanesque styles.

Shout out and huge congratulations go out to Paige Fox a current senior at PikeView High School. Paige has been named one of five students recognized as a 2025/2026 WVU Foundation Scholar. Paige is the first student from PikeView High to receive this prestigious honor. This scholarship is valued at more than $90,000 and covers room and board, tuition and fees, and a book stipend. The scholarship also helps to provide financial assistance for studying abroad. We are so PikeView Proud of Paige for this amazing accomplishment!
