Thank you to Concord University for providing Ms. Montgomery’s class with $1000 to spend on children’s books. She purchased popular children’s book series and encouraged her students to read entire series of books. This helped them to find the next book to read when they finished a book. It also helped them with word fluency and vocabulary acquisition. The kids had a great time reading and we are so proud of them. Once again thank you to Concord University.
Happy Reading this summer!

The students in Ms. Tilley’s class picked a random animal from different regions (Arctic, African, Desert, Rainforest, or Mountain). They researched about their life span, height and weight, habitats, adaptations, and if they have predators or prey. They are working on completing a banner and will present to their classmates! We can’t wait to see their presentations!
