❤️Staff Shoutout!!!🖤
PikeView Middle Cross Country Team competed in the Concord University Invitational at Pipestem State Park on Friday. The boys team won 1st place with Bryson Pritchett, Isaiah Via, Noah Cook, and Luke Collis earning medals in the top 10. The girls placed 7th as a team, and Karson Huffman placed 10th earning her a medal.
Way to go Panthers!!!
Part of our mission here at PVMS is to guide our students into becoming collaborative learners and to gain skills that will help them in the future. Our first period classes are experiencing several different activities including STEM activities, social/emotional learning, setting expectations for their learning, and working to improve reading skills.

Reading Goal Bookmarks that students use to show their goal for books they plan to read independently. Every time they complete a book, they receive a ribbon in the bookmark.

🏃♀️🏃Cross Country at Concord University meet @Pipestem
PikeView Middle Cross Country team competed in the largest cross country meet ever held in southwest Virginia on Saturday. They were among over 3,000 runners from over 100 high schools and 67 middle schools from 4 states. 8th Grader Bryson Pritchett placed 8th earning him a medal at this highly competitive meet. The boys placed 12th as a team, and the girls placed 27th. This was an awesome experience for our boys and girls cross country runners!
🖤❤️Our PVMS Honor Society is collecting bubbles to help our Oakvale Family!
Any student donations can be given to their first period teacher and the student will be entered in a drawing for a Chick-fil-A giftcard!❤️🖤
