• The routines your child develops will continue throughout school.
• Make the most of early grades by encouraging your child to attend every day.

Don't forget about the MCS Express Food Truck this week! Today they're in Bluefield at the Greater Mt. Zion Pentecostal Church. Tomorrow at the First Christian Church across from Straley School, Wednesday at Matoaka Summer Day Camp at the Matoaka Fire Department, and Thursday at the Montcalm Volunteer Fire Department. Each day is from 11:00-12:30. Bring your kids for food and fun!
Attention Parents/Guardians: Students will be staying at the splash pad and lake for lunch instead of going to the shelters. This will give them more time to enjoy the water with warmer temperatures.

We will be having Easter Bunny pictures on April 17th. Please see the order form in your students folder. This is separate from Strawbridge Spring pictures.
April is designated as the Month of the Military Child, a time to recognize and celebrate the contributions and resilience of military children, and their unique experiences and challenges. The month aims to raise awareness about the needs and experiences of military children, who often face challenges like frequent moves, deployments, and separations from parents. We will celebrate with spirit week next week!
