• Make-Up Exams: June 12 & June 15

💻 Laptop Collection
• All 7th and 8th grade students will turn in their laptops on June 8 and June 9.
• Students in grades 9–11 will turn in their laptops on June 10, June 11, or June 12 after completing their exams.

☀️ Summer School/Credit Recovery
Students enrolled in Summer School/Credit Recovery will keep their laptops for the duration of their coursework.

📬 Parents/Guardians:
A detailed senior letter was mailed home three weeks ago, and additional copies are available in the MHS office upon request.

From Bluewell PSD: We have had a 8 inch water main break. Unfortunately the break was on the line where we get water from Green Valley. We will be issuing a boil water notice for the system. Both Montcalm schools and Timberwood will be affected. We are currently keeping the schools in water from other tanks but those tanks will not hold until water can be sampled and tested. The schools are fine for the remainder of today but will be on the boil water notice tomorrow and at least half the day on Thursday. I apologize for the inconvenience and we will work to get the issue resolved as soon as we can.

Calling all 9th & 10th Graders! GEARUP SWV is hosting a FREE Summer Camp at Concord University June 16-19, 2026. Scan the QR code to register.

Mr. McClanahan is selling car wash tickets for Tidal Wave Auto Spa. They are $10 a piece and you get a $30 car wash. These are for the middle school end of the year field trip. If you are interested please contact Mr. McClanahan or see a middle school student.

Physical (all grades, and band included) & Immunizations (upcoming 7th & 12th graders) at the school on May 18th. Please complete and return your forms ASAP. See Mr. Thompson or Mrs. Nunn in the office if you need a form.

Seniors, If you were awarded a scholarship that vou would like announced at senior awards days, please send the following information to Ms. Cecil by May 8th, 2026. The following information needs to be included for each scholarship. Name of Scholarship Amount awarded Email or phone number for scholarship organization or representative - All scholarships will be verified before thev are announced at awards day

Students that signed up to take dual credit next year through New River, please attend the enrollment workshop with New River at MHS on April 30th @ 1:30 pm. This is the only enrollment day planned at MHS.

🏌️‍♂️⛳ Shoutout to our Montcalm Middle School Golf Team! ⛳🏌️‍♀️

They competed in their first match yesterday, and the improvement they’ve shown since our very first practice has been incredible to see. Their hard work, dedication, and positive attitude are already paying off!

We are so proud of this team and can’t wait to see all the great things they will accomplish this season. Keep swinging strong! 💙🤍
