AAA Football State Playoff Team Sendoff
On Saturday morning at 8:30, the football team will load the bus and leave for Bridgeport. They will be escorted by local and state police off campus. We invite our community to join us in wishing luck to the team as they leave.
1. Park in the student lot beside the school. The bus loop is for the bus, coaches and family going up with the team.
2. We encourage anyone there to gather on the sidewalk near the main entrance of the school near the flag pole.
3. We ask to leave an alley from the door to the bus.
4. Feel free to bring signs, big heads, noise makers and loud cheering voices as we show our pride in sending them off.

They will host the Roanoke Catholic Celtics from Roanoke, VA. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 pm. It's Halloween! Feel free to come dressed in your best! The theme tonight in the student section is Ghostbusters, but welcome to dress in other costume attire. Keep those faces visible please! Our team, band, cheer squad, dance team, and JROTC will all be in action. Dress warm, be loud and cheer on all of our Panthers in action tonight!

Make a Difference Day at PikeView High School
On Saturday, October 25th, PikeView High School teachers Kenneth Cline and Natalie Fields led a collaborative effort between PVHS students and Concord University Bonner Scholars to beautify our campus.
The Concord University students painted bright new paw prints along the driveway leading to the school, while the PikeView students refreshed the curbs and handicap areas that had faded over time.
Although the morning was chilly, the volunteers’ warm hearts and enthusiasm made the day a success. A huge thank-you to the Bonner Scholars from Concord University and the PVHS staff and students for their hard work and teamwork — together, you truly made a difference!
