6th graders and families:
You are invited to join us at Camp Read S'more, a reading-centered literacy night. This event is free for all our sixth graders and their families, and our Camp Rangers (staff members) are ready to welcome you and help you make lots of memories. There are activities that will allow you to explore the constellations, read spooky stories around the campfire, adventure through our National Parks, and make your own crafts along the way. As you participate in the activities and explore the campground, you will earn raffle tickets to enter to win prizes that include gift certificates to restaurants/stores, a bean bag chair, a small camping tent for kids, game passes for the season, books, board games, and more! Need to do some shopping for your loved ones? Camp Read S'more's Gift Shop will be open for 6th grade students during this event (and it's free, too!). Come join us for these amazing activities and stop by our Smores Station to grab some snacks to keep you going on the trails.
We would like to take a moment to thank our generous donors who have provided a raffle and/or food for the event. Good evening. We want to remind all students and staff to wear blue tomorrow in honor of Ms. Selen. Let’s join together to celebrate the life of our amazing friend and teacher.
Today, Princeton Middle School lost a member of our Tiger Family, Catherine Selen. Ms. Selen taught at Princeton Middle as a Title 1 teacher and most recently as our Spanish teacher. She was a wonderful teacher and supported her students in everything they did. Her energy and passion for teaching and pouring into the lives of our children, as well as her friendship, will be treasured by all those that knew her. To honor the life of Catherine Selen, all students and staff are encouraged to wear blue, her favorite color, on Wednesday, November 9th.

Good evening. Princeton Middle School will hold open gym for any boy interested in playing basketball on Thursday, November 3rd from 7:00 - 8:30. Participants must have a current WVSSAC physical, proof of insurance and a 2.0 GPA. Boy's basketball tryouts will begin next Monday, November 7th at 3:45. Tryouts are open to any 6th, 7th or 8th grade student. Thank you!

Good evening Princeton Middle School. Any student interested in trying out for the basketball cheerleading team, should plan to attend the cheerleading practice tomorrow and Thursday from 5:00-7:00 pm. Students must have a completed physical, proof of insurance and a 2.0 grade point average. Tryouts will be held Friday from 5:00-7:00.

Students who have no unexcused absences for the month of October will get a free resource period on October 31st. If a student has been absent, they can still join the incentive by making sure they have submitted all excuses for any absence during the month of October. Good evening Princeton Middle School! It's homecoming spirit week. Join in the fun tomorrow by wearing your best throw back outfit. Students are encouraged to wear outfits from the 80's, 90's and 2000's. Tuesday is school spirit day, wear your school colors. Wednesday is Country Western vs. Country Club. Thursday is slump day. Fuzzy PJ bottoms are allowed. Friday, dress up as your favorite fictional character. Let's celebrate homecoming week!
